We have a fantastic opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic person to join our Member Services Team in Club Support offices based in Hatfield as an apprentice on a fixed term contract.
As a Membership services Consultant apprentice, you will Work in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or members who have missed a payment, in order to help with the overall attrition of the company.
You will study toward a Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship alongside your role and learning about, Customer Insights, Importance of Providing a Positive Customer Experience, Customer Service Performance, Customer Journey, Ownership and Responsibility and Culture and Environmental Awareness

About you:
As an apprentice you will receive full on the job training for all key elements of the role.
Desired, skills and experience include:
- Eligibility to complete the apprenticeship programme
- A genuine passion to serve when engaging with members and team members
- Some customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload
- Team player
- Self-motivated and organised
This role will be for 35 hours per week : Shifts Mon-Fri including one Saturday per month (Day back in lieu) and is Office based full time in our Club Support office based in Hatfield.
