Hours: 8 hours per week to start
Shifts: Thursday 4–8pm and Saturday 10am–2pm
Pay:
- Employed: £8,320 per year (for 8 hours/week)
- Self-Employed: 50/50 revenue split

The Role
We’re looking for a qualified Sports Massage Therapist to join our team for 8 hours per week, with room to expand as demand grows. You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients' training journeys by delivering high-quality massage and recovery treatments.
You’ll collaborate closely with our personal trainers to provide a joined-up, client-centred approach to fitness, injury prevention, and wellbeing. Your work will be a core part of our holistic ethos.
What You'll Do
- Provide sports massage and recovery treatments to clients
- Maintain accurate client notes and treatment records
- Collaborate with personal trainers to support client progression and recovery
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and affirming space for all clients
- Champion accessibility, particularly for minority genders, trans clients, and people with diverse needs
- Help grow the service as demand increases
About You
- Qualified in Sports Massage Therapy (Level 3 minimum)
- Insured (if self-employed) and up-to-date with professional development
- Passionate about inclusive practice and trauma-informed care
- Comfortable working within a gym environment and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and great with people

Salary Options
