JOB PURPOSE
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Campaign & Communications Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated multi-channel campaigns and communications. You’ll translate business goals into clear plans, manage agencies and budgets, monitor performance, and optimise results, whilst owning PR activity and crisis communications.
Working closely with the marketing team and stakeholders, you’ll support local campaigns, brand rollouts, and partnership strategies. The ideal candidate has 5+ years experience in consumer-focused campaign management, strong agency management skills, and the confidence to work independently with a solutions-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Turning marketing strategy into clear, actionable, multi-channel campaigns and communications across consumer and employee brand.
- Managing end-to-end campaign and comms delivery — from planning and execution to reporting — ensuring all activity is delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.
- Briefing and coordinating internal teams, designers, agencies, and suppliers to bring marketing activities to life.
- Monitoring campaign performance against KPIs and making data-led recommendations to optimise impact.
- Supporting A/B testing, new channel trials, and performance-boosting initiatives.
- Managing campaign budgets and reporting on ROI.
- Owning creative and content briefs to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and quality output.
- Supporting our Marketing Assistant to deliver local marketing activity and campaigns.
- Owning PR performance through proactive PR agency management, including developing plans, briefs, approvals, and performance reporting.
- Acting as the lead for crisis communications, providing clear, aligned messaging (including outside of core hours when needed)
- Being a key point of contact for stakeholders across the business and with external partners, ensuring consistency and quality in all campaigns and communications.
- Collaborating with our People Team to deliver internal comms that align with our employee brand and values.
- Writing compelling, on-brand copy across digital and offline channels.
- Supporting the rollout of our consumer and employee brands — ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance at every touchpoint.
- Owning our partnership and influencer strategy — ensuring alignment with our brand and delivering monthly performance reports.
