- Be responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of our climbing customers
- Ensure there is clear and appropriate communication with parents and carers of all children taking part in our sessions
- Adopt a proactive approach to customer service, being enthusiastic and reliable
- Be punctual and have effective organisation and time management skills
- Maintain records and update paperwork relating to sessions
- Be able to work as part of a team and the ability to keep calm and focused during your shift
- Full training will be provided, to partake on the course, all candidates must be over the age of 18 and demonstrate a basic ability to work at height.
