To deliver a busy GP referral programme across South Oxhey Leisure Centre & William Penn Leisure Centre. The role will include following up enquiries and doctor provided referrals, setting new users up and guiding them through the initial programme with regular follow up actions to aid health and wellbeing of Three Rivers' residents.
All candidates will need to hold a GP Referral qualification
