CONTRACT CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER
Based at Horfield Leisure Centre
Full time position – Excellent salary plus benefits
Will include multi-site responsibilities and paid travel across Bristol
Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role who is ready to embrace our brand mission, in the vibrant bustling city of Bristol.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving exceptional customer service standards across 5 sites which will attract over 2 million visits this year, delivering key performance results and supporting the development of the teams across the contract.
We have been investing millions of pounds in developing and refurbishing our centres, with our partner Bristol City Council, and have brought new life and our modern look and feel into them. The role is based at our flag ship and newly refurbished site, Horfield Leisure Centre, and will be supporting the rest of the contract to achieve success in this extremely important part of the business. The successful candidate will be joining an excellent team, coming off the back of winning several regional awards, including Customer Service of the year, and Contract of the year.
We need a Contract Customer Service Manager who will…
· Manage the day-to-day operations ensuring that the highest levels of customer service and safety are achieved across the contract
· Be highly motivated, enthusiastic and have a can do attitude
· Be both a role model for the customer service teams and make the centres a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike
· Have excellent communication skills and be confident in using computers
· Be able to work under your own initiative
Whilst the role is off shift, we do require the candidate to lead by example, after time know the products and services inside out, and get stuck in and cover some shifts when the demands of the business require it. Full training will be given on the centre’s systems.
