Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to join our team at Everyone Active. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool users while promoting a fun and engaging environment. Your contribution will be vital in helping us achieve our mission of encouraging active lifestyles within the community.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool activities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Perform regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness around the pool area.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Educate patrons on pool rules and safe swimming practices.
- Assist in organizing swimming programs and activities for all ages.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
Requirements
- Current lifeguard certification or willingness to obtain one prior to starting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patrons and team members.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures is essential.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies.
