Assistant Manager – REGEN London Streatham
Salary: £26,000 per year + bonus potential

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who brings the energy. Someone who genuinely loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a real career in fitness. This is the perfect role if you’ve worked front-of-house, maybe dabbled in sales or coaching, and are ready to level up.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting day-to-day operations and helping keep the club running smoothly
- Being a visible, energising presence on the gym floor and front desk
- Driving an unforgettable member experience — high vibes only
- Assisting with managing part-time staff, recruitment, and onboarding
- Contributing to sales activity, community outreach, and local marketing
- Getting stuck in with everything — from systems and processes to cleaning standards and class bookings
Who We’re Looking For:
- A natural people person — confident, warm, and great with conversation
- Genuinely passionate about fitness and the industry (PTs or gym floor experience welcome, but not required)
- Ambitious, curious, and eager to grow — we’ll give you the support and development
- Proactive, reliable, and not afraid to take initiative or get your hands dirty
- Someone who wants to stay in this space and make an impact
