Location Droitwich with Hybrid working options
Salary £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) , Individual and Company Bonus Schemes
About the Role
Parkwood Project Management is looking for a motivated Building Project Manager to oversee exciting refurbishment and new-build projects in the leisure and hospitality sector. If you're ambitious, confident, and have strong pre-contract experience, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities
Lead projects up to £500K in value.
Manage budgets, contracts and procurement processes.
Oversee health and safety compliance [CDM 2015].
Collaborate with clients, consultants and internal teams.
Travel to project sites as needed.
Be part of a team improving services that benefit local communities and user groups
Candidate Requirements
Built Environment related qualification (BSc, PMI, APM, CIOB)
CPD committed with PAC and Chartership support provided
5 plus years of relevant experience.
Full UK driving license.
