About the Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for prospects, residents, and visitors. You’ll support the Sales team with essential administrative functions while helping to deliver unforgettable first impressions and seamless sales experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the sales office, information suite, and show flats are always “show ready”.
Provide hospitality to all visitors including preparing refreshments and offering concierge-level service.
Support the Sales and Events Teams during prospect visits and events—arranging taxis, setup, breakdown, and anticipating team and guest needs.
Manage back-office administration: ordering supplies, managing expenses, and maintaining digital records.
Support lead follow-up by coordinating thoughtful follow-up gifts and reconnecting with lost leads.
