ACTIVITY AND WELLBEING COORDINATOR

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer service excellence and working within our local community to engage residents in activity that will improve their health and wellbeing.
We need an Activity and Wellbeing Coordinator who will…
- Have experience in a supervisory role in a leisure environment
- Be able to lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values
- Have excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills
- Manage activities with a key focus on driving use and income as well as ensuring a safe, fun environment for our customers and colleagues.
- Have the ability to effectively manage a team of coaches and apprentices
- Create an environment where colleagues can achieve their full potential
- Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance
Training will be given. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays. This role will require a DBS check to be completed prior to starting.
