Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to join our team at Everyone Active. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool users while promoting a fun and engaging environment. Your contribution will be vital in helping us achieve our mission of encouraging active lifestyles within the community.

Responsibilities

Monitor pool activities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Perform regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness around the pool area.
Provide first aid assistance when necessary and respond to emergencies promptly.
Educate patrons on pool rules and safe swimming practices.
Assist in organizing swimming programs and activities for all ages.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for all guests.

Requirements

Current lifeguard certification or willingness to obtain one prior to starting.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patrons and team members.
Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures is essential.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies.
