We’re opening the doors to a beautiful, purpose-built studio at The Heart Centre in Walton-on-Thames — and we want YOU to help us bring the energy from day one.We’re on the hunt for vibrant, experienced instructors who are ready to move, motivate and make magic with us. If you bring passion, personality, and a love for helping people feel amazing in their bodies — we want to hear from you!🔥 We’re Hiring Instructors In:
- Reformer Pilates
- Mat Pilates
- Yoga (Hatha + Vinyasa)
- Barre

- Reformer Active – Sweat, strength and spring resistance: high energy and heart-pumping.
- Reformer Power – Slow. Intentional. Sculpted strength with heavy springs and weights.
- Reformer Pure – Our signature flow: strength, mobility and balance in harmony.
- Reformer Align – Calm, focused and beginner-friendly. Perfect for building confidence.
- Yoga – Grounding Hatha and energising Vinyasa to link breath, flow and inner fire.
- Barre – A low-impact burn that fuses ballet, Pilates and strength training.
- Mat Pilates – Deep core work, enhanced mobility and total body control.
- 1:1 Private Sessions – Personalised coaching in a supportive, fully equipped space.
💫 We’re Looking For Movers Who:
- Are fully qualified + insured
- Have experience leading group classes
- Communicate clearly, connect deeply, and lead confidently
- Are reliable, energetic, and ready to grow with us
- Can commit to regular classes and/or sub opportunities
