Trainee Personal Trainer

Hours: Part-time and full-time positions available (16–40 hours per week)
Experience: No previous experience required

We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals who are passionate about fitness, customer service, and helping people reach their goals. You will be working alongside qualified personal trainers and gym staff, providing essential support in the day-to-day running of the fitness environment.

Daily Roles and Responsibilities – Trainee Personal Trainer

Your responsibilities may include:

Delivering exercise sessions
Assisting gym members with safe use of equipment
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment
Helping set up and prepare for group classes or PT sessions
Providing excellent customer service to all members
Encouraging clients and supporting them with motivation and confidence
