Freelance Reformer Pilates Instructor

Location: Corinthian Sports Club, Valley Road, Fawkham, Longfield, Kent, DA3 8LY

Start Date: January 2026 (soft launch in December 2025)

Contract Type: Freelance / Self-Employed

Hours: Part-time, mornings (7–11 AM) and evenings (5–8 PM)Pay: £35 per class + class occupancy bonus

About Soul Reformer Club

Nestled in the peaceful Kent countryside beside a golf course, Soul Reformer Club is a premium Pilates-inspired Reformer studio dedicated to quality teaching, calm surroundings, and a welcoming community.

Our mission is to create a space where movement meets mindfulness — catering to a diverse audience, including beginners, over-50s, golfers, footballers, and busy mums. The studio will open in early 2026 within the Corinthian Sports Club, offering a beautiful and uplifting environment for both instructors and clients.

About the Role

We are seeking freelance Reformer Pilates instructors to join our founding teaching team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the studio’s reputation and helping build a loyal community of clients who value high standards and personal connection.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional Reformer and Mat Pilates classes with a focus on alignment, control, and client progression.

Adapt sessions to suit mixed-ability clients, including golfers and sports enthusiasts.

Foster a welcoming, calm, and encouraging class environment.

Maintain high professional standards in client communication and studio presentation.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative studio culture.

Qualifications & Experience

Certified in Reformer and Mat Pilates (BASI, YMCA, MK Pilates, or equivalent).

Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience preferred.

Confident teaching group and private sessions.

Fully insured and self-employed.

Current First Aid certification desirable.
