Sola Reformer is a newly opened reformer Pilates and barre boutique dedicated to intelligent movement, mindful strength, and elevated client experiences. Our studio blends precision, flow, and modern energy in a supportive, community-driven environment. We are passionate about helping clients feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies.

The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and client-focused Reformer Pilates and/or Barre Instructors to join our founding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing boutique studio from the ground up and help shape our culture and client experience.

Responsibilities

Lead safe, engaging, and effective reformer Pilates and/or barre classes for all levels

Provide clear cues, hands-on corrections (when appropriate), and thoughtful modifications

Create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere for clients

Arrive prepared, punctual, and professional for all scheduled classes

Build rapport with clients and foster a strong studio community

Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment standards

Uphold the brand values, teaching standards, and class formats of the studio

Qualifications

Certified Reformer Pilates and/or Barre Instructor (recognized training program)

Experience teaching group classes (boutique or studio setting preferred)

Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and injury-safe movement

Confident, warm, and professional communication style

Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about movement and wellness

CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
