About the Role

As a self-employed Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness, you will be your own boss, while benefiting from the support and resources we provide. You’ll have the opportunity to build your own client base, deliver personalised training sessions, and work in a fully equipped, professional gym environment. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated individual who wants the flexibility of being self-employed but also desires the support of a community-oriented facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to the individual needs of clients.

Develop customised fitness programs based on client goals (weight loss, muscle gain, strength, flexibility, etc.).

Provide expert guidance on exercises, nutrition, and overall wellness.

Offer motivation, support, and accountability to help clients reach their fitness goals.

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment.

Manage your own schedule and client bookings.

Promote and sell your personal training services to new and existing gym members.

Participate in gym events or workshops (optional

What are we looking for ?

Certification from a recognised personal training program

A proven track record of working with clients and delivering results (either in a gym setting or independently).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for fitness and a desire to help clients achieve their goals.

Ability to build and retain a client base.

Professional, punctual, and reliable.
